All Day

Lexington Convention Center

LexPlay 2016 is the largest game convention in Central Kentucky. We want to make this event for modern gamers specifically, bringing together eSports, video games, tabletop games, retro gaming and installations. Want to see competitive Street Fighter played live? Ever wanted to get together a 16 person game of Johann Sebastian Joust? 30 person games of Werewolf? This is the place to do it.

We have 22,000 sq ft of gaming for all generations and unique experiences you just won’t find anywhere else.

LexPlay is going to be two days of nonstop gaming goodness. Friday night runs from 5PM to midnight, with Saturday running from 9AM til midnight. That’s 22 hours of gaming fun!

The event is made up of two main areas: vendor hall and and an open play hall. The vendor hall will have booths that feature local game developers, game merchandise, and so much more. The open play hall will have a main stage, tournaments, consoles, game tables and game streaming.

We are formalizing the events schedule but will have all of your old and new favorites: Smash Brothers, Rocket League, Rock Band, Madden, FIFA, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, and many more.

Do you have a game you’d like to see at LexPlay? Let us know onTwitter, Facebook, or in the contact form below.

LexPlay has games and experiences that you can’t play at home: Artemis bridge setups, Rock Band on the main stage, arcade & pinball machines, 16 player Johann Sebastian Joust and virtual reality experiences.

And it doesn’t stop there. We’re working with the local cosplay community and will have events and contests.

Have an idea or want to help make LexPlay a success? Let us know on Twitter, Facebook, or Volunteer.
