What is the Louisville D&D Multiverse?
The Louisville D&D Multiverse is an organized play system sponsored by Nerd Louisville that allows for a more unified method of playing Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition within the nerdosphere of Louisville and surrounding provinces. The Multiverse was designed to allow players to freely move between any Multiverse game sessions that are run by a DM subscribing to the Louisville D&D Multiverse Campaign Conventions. The Multiverse is designed to encourage DM creativity and provide maximum flexibility while still providing a structure conducive to continued long-term play.

Frequently Asked Questions:
- Is The Louisville D&D Multiverse similar to Adventurer’s League? Sort of. Multiverse GMs have the freedom to create their own adventures or use published adventures. The conventions governing the Multiverse and Adventurer’s League also differ. They are the same in that they both organized play systems, but otherwise the Multiverse stands on its own.
- Do DMs receive any benefits for running Multiverse games? Yes. For each session you are a Dungeon Master for the Multiverse, you will accrue XP for one of your Multiverse characters. Details can be found in the Louisville D&D Multiverse Campaign Conventions Document. Additionally, we are working on a reward program for DMs who run games at Slur Your Role, Friday Night RPGs, and Nerdlouvia. We’ll be announcing more details soon.
- I am a DM that would like to run Louisville D&D Multiverse Games at Nerd Louisville events. What should I do? Send an e-mail to Admin@nerdlouisville.org and we will reach out to you.
