The Flea Off Market is a once-a-month outdoor bazaar featuring vendors of all kinds that takes place in the heart of Louisville, just off Market Street.
The Frazier History Museum is the perfect destination for nerds interested in history, artifacts, etc. where you can find live performances and special events, like the Talk Like a Pirate Family Day.
The Kentucky Science Center offers the ability for people of all ages to do science in engaging, educational, and entertaining ways to inspire a lifetime of learning.
Louisville Bats Star Wars Night is usually held in the Summer. Dress up as your favorite STAR WARS™ character and be part of the STAR WARS™ invasion at Louisville Slugger Field. STAR WARS™ themed sights and sounds, character appearances, photo opportunities and more will all be taking place on the night of the game.
The Louisville Zombie Attack! is the largest annual zombie walk in the world (per their website). Thousands of people dress up as creatures from a horror movie and walk down Bardstown Road. It happens on August 29th.
The Louisville Zoo speaks to your inner ecology nerd, but furthermore they have numerous events like LEGO day and StoryBook Character day that are especially nerdy.
LVL 1, Louisville Hacker Space, is an open community lab and workshop for nerds of the technical sort who are into tinkering, technology, engineering, artistry, etc.
