Request for Bids – Gaming Supplies for At-Risk Kids

REQUEST FOR BIDS

NerdLouisville, Inc. intends to purchase gaming supplies, and invites vendors to submit bids.

Interested vendors may offer prices on the following items, to be delivered no later than July 5, 2016:

• 12 Sets of polyhedral dice,
• 12 playing card mats for Magic: The Gathering,
• 4 durable wet-erase grid and/or hex mats, with 1” grids/hexes, at least 20” x 20” each,
• A gift card or gift certificate that will allow the bearer to purchase $60 of miniature gaming figurines at a local retail store.

NerdLouisville is purchasing these items in order to provide them to local at-risk children in Louisville, KY. In the first phase, we intend to provide the listed items to children participating in a gaming camp at Cabbage Patch Settlement House. If the project is successful, NerdLouisville intends to procure more gaming-related merchandise for children that are participating in other gaming-focused camps/clubs/classes led by local teachers and counselors.

Vendors are encouraged to offer discounted prices because the items will be used for a charitable purpose. NerdLouisville, Inc. will select the vendor(s) that provide the most favorable terms for the project.
