New Ticketing Policy
Ticket sales will close at noon on the date of the event. If the minimum player count is not met the game will be cancelled out of respect for our volunteer Game Masters.
Walk-ins are still absolutely welcome! We will do our best to fit you into a game. If you have questions you can always email us at events@nerdlouisville.org

Description: An artifact belonging to an ancient couatl god has been stolen from his shrine. Can the characters recover the Fangs of Oatali before the god’s wrath unleashes a devastating cataclysm upon the jungle?
Fangs of Oatali is a pulp-action adventure set in the jungle for 6th-level characters.

Description: It’s a pirate wedding!
As loyal crew on a pirate ship, your captain is getting married. It’s your job to make sure things go off without a hitch while she gets hitched!
And as she has surely not made any enemies over the years, your captain’s festivities and ceremony will certainly be a breeze :-).

Online Registration Policy:
- Your registration guarantees you a spot in a game.
- If the game you registered for is canceled, you will be offered a spot in another game if at all possible. If we cannot find you another game, we will refund your registration fee.
- Other than the occurence of a cancellation of the event, there are no refunds for online registration.
- If you are not at your table by 10 minutes after game starts (all games begin at 5:30) you forfeit your reserved seat. Please show up early to find your game.
