What We’re Looking For:

• Gamemasters with a passion for storytelling and teaching who can run games like Dungeons & Dragons (5th Edition) or similar TTRPG systems.
• Volunteers who can commit to running at least one session per month from January through May.
• Game leaders who are mindful of safety and boundaries, ensuring everyone feels comfortable at the table.
• Creative individuals who can craft engaging games that showcase the world of TTRPGs to new players.

Responsibilities:

• Lead at least four (4) sessions during the Spring semester. Additional sessions are welcome and can be scheduled based on availability and student interest.
• Keep games beginner-friendly while showcasing the variety and depth of the TTRPG experience.
• Ensure sessions adhere to Nerd Louisville’s Code of Conduct and create a welcoming environment for everyone.
• Respect players’ boundaries and use collaborative tools to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants. (Guidelines and best practices will be shared prior to the start of the program.)
• Provide a brief synopsis of your planned sessions to Nerd Louisville for review.
